How to Apply

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is a prominent autonomous body that regulates and manages higher education standards in Pakistan. The test/interview for eligible candidates who reside outside the Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and nearby areas will be conducted through audio/video conferencing at the nearest possible location (Karachi, Lahore, Quetta, and Peshawar).

To process the application, an application processing fee of Rs. 600/- must be deposited in the online HEC A/C No. 17427900133401 maintained in Habib Bank Ltd. Applicants must upload proof of receipt on the HEC website https://careers.hec.gov.pk.

Candidates who are already serving in Government Service should apply through the proper channel. Five (05) years of general age relaxation are already included, and further age relaxation will be provided according to Government rules.

Experience as a part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee (as a part of study) will not be considered or counted as experience. Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan. The HEC reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason, as well as to increase/decrease the number of vacancies as per requirements.

Applicants are required to submit their applications within 15 days from the date of publication. Late or incomplete applications will not be entertained.
